Our mixed classes are for all ages and perfect for families to train together.
You will soon make friends if you do join on your own.

TUESDAYS: BISHOPS STORTFORD

SATURDAYS: BISHOPS STORTFORD
Parsonage Community Hall.

11.20am - 12.20pm All ages and grades.
Junior only class 10.35 - 11.20am. 4 to 12 years old.

THURSDAYS
EPPING CLASSES: are held at Epping Primary School, Coronation Hill, Epping,CM16 5DU

7pm - 8pm All ages and grades.
