Clubs from the South East descended on Hornchurch for the new Club Match Interclub competition on Sunday 10th September.

The following students entered:

Annabelle Murphy: Girls Lightweight sparring and patterns.
Isaac and Joshua Mullender: Boys Pee Wee sparring and patterns.
Hazel Roffey, Ladies Middleweight sparring and patterns.
Dominic Roffey, Boy's Lightweight sparring.
Lola Zheng, Girls Middleweight sparring and patterns, Ola Zheng Girls patterns,
Cian Casey Bond, Boys Lightweight sparring and patterns. Saoirse Casey Bond Girls patterns.
Aedan Page, Boys Middleweight sparring and patterns.
Louis Hampton, Boys Tiny tots sparring and patterns.

Results
Aedan put in his usual excellent performance to pick up Gold in
boys patterns followed by a Bronze in boys red belt sparring.
Hazel went one better with Gold in patterns and Silver in ladies red belt sparring.
Cian is getting quite a collection of medals competing in our last 5 competitions winning Silver in Boys patterns.

Annabelle another regular at competitions won Bronze in girls red belt sparring. Joshua followed that with another Bronze in blue belt sparring.
Ola in her first ever competition won Silver in girls green belt patterns.

In the team events Aedan, Cian, Zach
Joshua and Isaac all and Zach from our sister club in Epping won Bronze in team sparring.
In Team patterns Cian, Joshua, Isaac, and Saoirse Bronze in team Patterns.

Also a big well done to Dominic age 10 and Lola and Louis both just 7 years old. Medal or not all students did us proud and gained valuable experience.

Performing Umpire duties on the day were Jodie Roffey and John Anderson.
