We took just 7 students to the English Championships in Coventry on March 5th
There were 1,300 students competing over 16 areas.
The standard as always was very high and competition was fierce.
Although we only achieved one Bronze from Cian in boys lightweight tag team sparring and Silver for Epping's Liza in Ladies sparring it was good experience, especially for our junior students.
Cian has now medalled for 3 competitions in a row and only just missed out on Bronze after a play off in patterns.

S Khan, Men's Sparring and Patterns J. Mullender, Boys Blue belt peewee patterns and sparring
Isaac Mullender, Boys yellow belt pewee sparring and patterns , Cian Casey Bond Boys lightweight sparring and patterns
John Anderson, Mens black belt executive patterns and sparring.
