Over the weekend of 14th/15th/16th July over 20 countries battled it out to become Taekwon do International World Champions
2,000 competitors and 3,000 spectator's over the 3 days.

We had the following 5 students enter from Bishops Stortford TKD.
Cian Casey Bond: Blue belt patterns and middleweight sparring.
Annabelle Murphy: Red belt patterns and middleweight sparring.
Kiara Georgieva: Red belt patterns and light/heavyweight sparring.
Nick Chapman: Patterns and breaking.
Edward Hall: Patterns.

Every student did the club proud and although none medalled it was a great experience and will stand them in good stead for the future.

I've seen a massive improvement recently with our junior students which gives me a lot of confidence with their black belt gradings not far off.
