We took 16 student to the English Championships in Worcester on 6th March
There were 1,250 students competing over 16 areas.
The standard as always was very high and competition was fierce.
All events were completed by 5pm and we came home with 3 Bronze 1 Silver and 1 Gold.

Martin, Eason, Elliott, Maggie, and Louise were all competing for the very first time.Maggie and Louise both picked up Bronze in sparring and were not far off placing in patterns.
Our other successes were Annabelle entering sparring for the first time picking up Silver in the girls tag team sparring and Paul winning Bronze in men's Middleweight green belt sparring.
One of the last events of the day was Ladies red belt sparring with Jodie coming away as Red Belt Ladies English Champion 2022.
